King23: Updated all my websites

finally i managed to find the time to update all of my websites to the latest King23 version (0.1.0), so now all of my websites use Twig as a template system, use PHP namespaces and follow PSR-0 for the autoloading. Also they now all use PHP Composer to manage their dependencies, which should making keeping ’em up to date much easier.
